Buying from Baynock

Cookies

Essential services. No advertising or analytics tracking.

No optional tracking on this storefront

We do not load advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or analytics tools on the customer website. The catalogue and enquiry forms do not write your message into cookies or local storage. There are no optional cookie categories to enable at present. The panel at the bottom of each page lets you choose necessary-only settings and reopen them using Cookie settings. Browsing is not conditional on making a choice.

Your cookie choice

When you choose Use necessary only or save your settings, we store one first-party local-storage entry called baynock-cookie-choice. It contains only the necessary-only choice, a notice version and the time saved. It is used for up to 180 days, then discarded on your next visit. It contains no name, email, advertising ID or browsing history and is not sent to our server or a consent provider.

Choose Cookie settings, then Continue without remembering to delete this entry and continue without saving a choice. The panel may appear again on another page or visit. Blocking browser storage does not stop you using the site. No analytics or advertising are enabled by either choice.

Necessary services

Netlify hosts the site, receives enquiries and processes technical requests. Requests include network information such as your IP address. The 3D display downloads software from jsDelivr. Normal browser caching can retain page assets to load the site; this is separate from advertising or analytics tracking.

Secure payment on Stripe

Clicking Buy now starts the order process. We send your confirmed delivery details and order reference to Stripe when you continue to payment. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted page. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention and its own services. Read Stripe’s cookie policy and use any preferences offered on that page. Stripe’s tracking code is not loaded on the Baynock storefront.

Staff sign-in

The separate Baynock Operations site uses Supabase authentication storage to keep authorised staff signed in. This is necessary for the private staff workspace and is not used to track shop visitors for advertising. Staff should sign out on shared devices.

If we add optional features

If we introduce advertising, analytics or other optional tracking requiring consent, it will stay off until you choose to allow it. We will provide equally accessible accept and reject options and a way to withdraw consent, and update this notice before enabling it.
