Email support@baynock.co.uk with your order reference and the issue. We’ll help troubleshoot and give you return and packing instructions where needed. Back up your files and remove personal accounts before returning it. We assess the PC and explain the applicable repair, replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrectly described goods. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Keep the packaging if possible; original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory rights.
Full returns process →We double-box PCs: protective inner packaging sits inside a second outer box with cushioning. If you notice damage, do not power on the PC. Contact Baynock promptly with your order details; photos of the PC and packaging help us investigate. We handle the issue and any courier claim, and explain the appropriate remedy. You do not need to resolve it with the courier yourself. Photos and a fixed reporting deadline are not conditions of your statutory rights.

Our existing policy gives you 30 days after delivery to tell us you want to return your PC, then a further 14 days to send it back. You pay the direct return postage; we do not charge a restocking fee. Your statutory online cancellation period is normally 14 days. Configuring a PC from standard component choices does not automatically remove those rights. Read the refund and returns terms.
It depends on the build. We use new and previously used hardware, with the condition and exact components described in each listing. Read the specification for the PC you choose.
Check the operating-system entry in your PC’s listing. It states what is installed. For a configured or sourced PC, we confirm the operating system as part of your proposal.
Check the listing for built-in connectivity. Where offered, checkout upgrades are Wi-Fi for £8, Bluetooth for £7, or both for £12. Ethernet connectivity and wireless options are confirmed for your chosen system.
No. They are estimates for the stated resolution and settings. Performance varies with game versions, scene, drivers, temperatures and the configuration. We show supported estimates for the actual hardware, rather than promising the same frame rate in every situation.
Ready-built PCs follow the delivery estimate shown in their listing. Configured PCs take longer because we assemble and test your choices. Sourced custom builds also depend on component availability. We confirm the expected turnaround before you order a custom build.
Often, yes. Upgrade options depend on the motherboard, power supply, case and other fitted components. Contact us with your order reference and the upgrade you want, and we can help check compatibility.
Check the wall socket, mains cable and PSU switch. For no picture, check that your monitor is powered on, uses the correct input and is connected to the graphics card where fitted. Stop using the PC if there is visible damage, a burning smell or another safety concern. Contact support for help; do not open the power supply.
The listing and order details identify what is included. Do not assume a monitor, keyboard, mouse or wireless adapter is supplied unless it is stated. Your setup and support information explains how to get started.
